What it is
This massager features four balls and a curved arm that perfectly fits to the stiff points in your neck and shoulders. By switching the handle from left to right, you can change the angle of the balls that touch your neck, allowing you to stimulate your preferred acupressure points.

How to use
Hold the arms with both hands and massage by opening and closing them with moderate force. Effective neck massage: Hold the handles so that the grip fits your fingers, and hold them vertically against your neck as shown in the photo, opening and closing them. Deeper neck massage: By switching the handles, the balls will be positioned more vertically, allowing you to massage the neck near your head. Shoulder massage: Hold the arms horizontally against your neck as shown in the photo, opening and closing them to massage the muscles around your shoulders. Caution: This product is not a medical device. Do not use for purposes other than neck and shoulder massage. If hair gets tangled in the balls, tie it back before use. If you experience pain, swelling, numbness, or other abnormalities during or after use, immediately discontinue use. Avoid using too much force or using the same area for long periods of time. Spreading or crossing the arms more than necessary may prevent them from returning to their original position or cause damage. Do not use this product if it is damaged or deformed. Avoid storing it in direct sunlight, such as inside a car. Never let small children use it. Store it out of the reach of small children.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
