(Shampoo) Take an appropriate amount and wash your hair, then rinse with lukewarm water. (Treatment) After shampooing, take an appropriate amount in your hand, apply to your hair, leave for a while, then rinse. (Body soap) Take an appropriate amount on your hands, or on a sponge or towel soaked in warm water, lather well, and then wash. Then rinse thoroughly.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used it at the hot spring and it was fine lol I was underestimating it
I discovered this product at a hot spring where I was staying and was drawn to the ingredients. It's a natural shampoo and treatment that contains natural moisturizing ingredients such as horse oil and three types of plant oils: olive oil, jojoba oil, and camellia oil. It lathers well, and the treatment leaves hair moist and manageable. It doesn't make hair feel rough and gives it a glossy finish, so the whole family uses it together.
I used it at a hot spring resort and was so impressed by how smooth it left my hair that I decided to buy it. At home, my hair didn't feel as moisturized after drying as it did there, which I think was due to the combined effects of the hot spring water, but it still felt smooth enough. Moisturizing shampoos on the market tend to leave my hair feeling too sticky and itchy on the scalp, but this one is smooth, manageable, and doesn't itch, so I feel like I've finally been able to overcome my shampoo woes. I have thick, curly hair.
Repeat without irritation
It has a smooth feel when used. I was worried about frizz, but the finish is now smooth and easy to run my fingers through, so I'm happy. It's expensive, so I wish it was a little more affordable.
