Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Most tone-up primers are dark skin tones that look washed out, but this one has a darker color and blends in incredibly well with the skin! I stopped by a day spa and saw a sample there, so I tried it and was so impressed with how well it blended in that I bought it straight away. It spreads easily, so a little goes a long way, so I think 40g will last quite a while...? It blends in well, gives a nice glow, and brightens the skin! I think I've come across a masterpiece in an unexpected place...
I bought this as a BB cream for work, and it's so light that I use quite a lot in one go. It gives a pretty glossy finish, so I pat on a lot of powder! As other reviewers have said, it does have a slightly yellowish tint. It's definitely for warm skin tones. I solve this by applying a lavender primer. The coverage is decent, but I'm a bit concerned about it getting stuck in pores on my cheeks. I think this is enough for the BB cream alone.
I bought this at a souvenir shop when I went to a hot spring. It spreads easily, has decent coverage, and doesn't irritate my skin, so I use it every day. However, the only drawback is the container! When holding it with the lid open (even without much pressure, due to a structural problem), the contents sometimes spill out even when it's upright. It gets on bags and carpets underneath, which is a real pain...
It may be a little dark for people with fair skin, but because it's dark, I think it provides good coverage with just this one product.
I've been using this product since it was in the APA Hotel-like packaging before the renewal. I feel like the coverage for uneven skin tone has decreased a little since the renewal, but that may just be a problem with my skin. It feels a little thicker, but it blends in well with the skin, evens out uneven skin tone, and seems gentle on the skin, so I find it very useful. I think I'll probably buy it again next time.
