Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have been using it many times, both as a wipe-off face wash and as a full line product.
It's been a while since I last bought this cream. When I use a generous amount, it absorbs smoothly without feeling sticky. It doesn't feel unpleasant on my neck either. I don't like anything sticky, and I like something that's refreshing and deeply moisturizing for my red face, so I really like this. It's affordable, so it's one of the products I'd like to keep on hand.
I was looking for a reasonably priced neck cream and bought this because it was a quasi-drug, but it tingled and hurt. It's a clear, gel-like cream that spreads easily and is comfortable to use, but it irritates me, so I probably won't buy it again. It contains a lot of different extracts and ingredients, so maybe one of them just didn't suit me. People with sensitive skin should be careful.
At night, I use Nature Conc's cleansing lotion, followed by this cream, and now I'm on my second bottle. Because it's a gel cream, it feels fresh and moisturizing, but doesn't dry out my skin. It contains niacinamide, which claims to not only whiten skin but also improve wrinkles, so I apply it thoroughly to my forehead, nasolabial folds, smile lines, and neck. It's a generous 80g size, lasting about six months, so it's great value for money. I haven't noticed any wrinkle-improving effects yet, but it's non-irritating and my skin feels great the next morning, so I'd like to continue using it for whitening and preventing future wrinkles.
I think if you adjust the amount, the texture is just right for this time of year.
