Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I also bought this because I wanted to use it on dark circles under my eyes and thought it would not take away the shine of the foundation in the same series. It is one tone darker than the foundation color 000, so I wanted to brighten up the area under my eyes a little, but that did not happen. However, it does not apply thickly, so it does not make the area dark. It fits without getting into facial wrinkles. I would be grateful if there were more colors available.
It covers dullness around the eyes. It covers lightly. The recommended color gives a natural finish. It is important not to apply too thickly.
I mix it with NARS orange concealer. I recommend using it this way because you can adjust the color yourself. If you use it alone, it's too white and looks out of place. Before I bought this, I mixed NARS concealer 1242 with orange, but it didn't have enough moisturizing power and it made my skin look thick and wrinkled, but Bobby's serum effect gives it a natural finish. I think I'll buy it again.
The texture is neither too loose nor too hard. After applying, leave it for a little while and then spread it out with a brush. It's easy to spread but provides good coverage, so it's very easy to use.
I chose the color Cool Sand. I thought it was a little bright, but it blends in when you spread it out. I use it under my eyes. It hides dark circles a little, but doesn't completely disappear. The finish is beautiful and I don't mind the dryness, so I'll use it for a while.
