I bought this because it contains charcoal and Japanese herbal ingredients, and it seems to remove dirt while leaving my skin moisturized. I usually use a facial cleanser that costs around 300 yen, so 1,400 yen seems like a luxury to me. Is it worth the price? I thought the sticker that said "Why not give your pores a thorough cleanse" was interesting, so I went out of my way to re-stick it on the face wash. (^o^) It's gray in color, and it looks like it will really remove dirt. It's fragrance-free, but it has a strange smell from the ingredients, so it's best not to smell it too closely. It smells like rotten burdock...I'm grateful that I can wash my face without feeling tight in the winter. It's refreshing and leaves my skin smooth without drying it out! I'm also interested in the sake lees-type facial cleanser in this Travel Beauty series.
I don't know who bought it, but for some reason I found it at home and tried it out. It lathers well and is an excellent facial cleanser that really removes dirt. It doesn't leave my skin feeling tight after use, so when I found out it was available on Suzykirei, I bought it! I think it's better than expensive facial cleansers!
I originally purchased this from Tabibijin online, but when I found it on Suzykireishopping, I bought it there. Lately, my mother (in her 60s) has been using it, so I think most of the ones I bought this time will go to her. The foaming is pretty average, if you don't use a net. Perhaps the charcoal absorbs dirt well, but it can also be used as a cleanser to remove makeup. It's also a great choice for my skin type, so I find it useful. While it does leave some stubborn mascara with a crunchy texture, it's sufficient for removing daily makeup. It doesn't leave my skin feeling tight, but it leaves it nicely moisturized. Personally, I think it might be a good fit for people with oily or combination skin. That said, I've personally found that cleansing properly followed by a moisturizing cleanser or using a scrub cleanser depending on my skin condition is better for pore care, so I use it when I'm feeling lazy and want to remove makeup and wash my face all at once.
I found this at the hot spring in the inn where I was staying, and when I tried it out, I found it quite good, so I decided to buy a bottle. Using a foaming net, even a small amount easily creates a fluffy, fine lather. It removes dirt well and leaves my skin feeling refreshed, but so far it hasn't left my skin feeling tight or dry, and it's just the right amount of moisturizing, so I'm hoping I can use it in the fall and winter too. I'd be even happier if the tube design was a little more stylish!
I bought this product as it was an amenity at a hot spring inn and looked good. It claims to also thoroughly remove dead skin cells. My skin feels smooth and refreshed after washing, and it doesn't dry out. I plan to use it regularly for exfoliation.
