Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I originally used the charcoal version of this series. Since the charcoal is so good, I thought this product might be good too! So I bought it on a whim. It's very smooth and lathers well, but it's not too dry, so it's not bad. However, I feel like it doesn't have as much cleansing power as the charcoal version.
I used it twice at a certain hot spring facility. I liked the feel after the first use, so after the second use, I used the all-in-one gel (red Aqua Label) that I brought with me, and it gave me a firmness that I couldn't have achieved with just the face wash and all-in-one gel! I lathered it up with a foaming net I had, and it foamed up nicely and didn't go flat, which was great. However, I wish it had a whitening effect.
I don't feel it's particularly moisturizing or hydrating, but it doesn't irritate or tighten my skin, and it feels good to use, so I'll try to use it up.
I tried it at a spa facility and loved it, so I've been using it ever since. It leaves my skin feeling so smooth. It's amazing how something so affordable can give you this kind of skin.
I tried it at a hot spring a while ago and liked it, so I bought it while traveling. I found it on Suzykirei recently and bought it again after a long time. It's cheap, but it doesn't make my skin feel tight or dry, so I think it's an above-average facial cleanser. It comes in a set of three, so my husband and I use it together. The last one lasted quite a while, so it's good value for money.
