How to use
Turn the pump head counterclockwise and then push the pump. Take an appropriate amount into clean hands and spread it over your entire face. Wrap your hands around your face and gently massage it into your skin. After use, turn the pump head clockwise to lock it in place. *If the contents are difficult to dispense, turn the container upside down and shake it several times before trying again.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've always had dry, sensitive skin and had tried many creams, but nothing seemed to improve it, which was frustrating. Because of this, I'd been applying a lot of serums and creams. However, after I realized that applying too much was the cause of my sensitive skin, I started using just one pump of this cream while Curel lotion was still on my skin, and my skin texture has gradually improved.
