How to use
Take two pearl-sized amounts (approximately 0.6g) onto your fingertips. Lightly spread it over the entire palm of both hands, then spread it over your entire face and neck. Massage the product into your skin, lifting it up. On your neck, lift it up from the bottom up.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a smooth, easy-to-spread cream. It has a lovely scent. I'm supposed to massage it into my face using the technique recommended by Luxe, but it's a bit of a pain, so I just use it by gently rinsing it from the inside out. My skin feels a bit sticky afterwards, so it seems like it would be good for the dry season. It's not something they advertise, but the Luxe series moisturizer contains tranexamic acid as an active whitening ingredient, so using it together with Shiseido's 4MSK whitening serum gives me peace of mind!
I was looking for a rich cream and wanted to reduce the number of items in my skincare routine, so I chose an all-in-one product. It was richer than I expected, had a nice scent, and was easy to use. I liked how rich it was, so I didn't need to layer it up. I think it would be good for people who like heavy creams. It's expensive, but I'm glad I decided to buy it. It was effective, so I'd like to buy it again if my budget allows.

This is my third one. I mainly use it in the morning. I have thin, dry, sensitive skin. The texture is thick, spreads easily, and adheres well. Personally, I use it in the morning because it reduces swelling and leaves a refreshing feeling. I also use the Corte sunscreen afterwards, which prevents any flaking. I use Benefique Luxe's Reset Serum in the morning on days when my skin is puffy. It's a great ally for adult women who are prone to dryness.
