How to use
STEP 1. Apply shampoo to scalp After brushing, pre-wash and apply shampoo directly to scalp, working into a lather until evenly distributed. STEP 2. Massage while washing: Use the pads of your fingers to massage from the bottom to the top of your head, then rinse thoroughly. [Treatment] STEP 3. After thoroughly draining the water from the ends of your hair, apply the treatment (or hair mask) starting from the ends, which are prone to damage, and leave for 2-3 minutes to allow it to penetrate. STEP 4. Rinse: Rinse thoroughly to ensure that no treatment (or hair mask) remains. [Hair Essence] STEP 5. Apply to wet hair. After towel drying, apply to the entire hair, focusing on the ends where damage is a concern. STEP 6. Dry with a hair dryer: Dry with a hair dryer from the roots to the ends.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using Hair Essence for many years, and I was also interested in the shampoo and treatment, but I've never had the chance to find them in stores, so I bought the trial set! It's very moisturizing, but I'm still debating whether to buy the full size because of the price...
I bought the treatment. My hair is usually frizzy, but now it's calmer. I think the scent is really nice.
I received a sample of the shampoo and treatment, so I tried them out. The scent was lovely. It's said to be a sweet and sour, refreshing scent of rosehip blended with bergamot and lemon. The shampoo lathered well, and after rinsing, my hair didn't feel rough and was easy to manage. The treatment was easy to apply. The treatment didn't feel sticky, but had a smooth texture. It left my hair moisturized and smooth after drying. My hair was quite damaged, but it calmed and became well-behaved. My hair still smelled lovely the next day, so I felt great.
I bought the trial size at the drugstore and it was great, so I bought the full size this time! I love how it leaves my skin shiny after rinsing.
I bought a three-day supply for travel. It leaves my hair smooth. I hate having frizzy hair when I travel, so it's very useful. The amount of shampoo and treatment is large enough for one use, so I don't have any problems. It also comes with a hair oil, which is convenient. It also comes with a one-use hair pack.
