Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use the entire Kose Wrinkle Repair series. I love the lotion and emulsion because they're moisturizing and don't irritate my skin, but this cream is neither good nor bad. It's a bit pricey, and I don't plan on buying it again if I find another cream with better moisturizing properties.
It has a familiar scent and a rich texture. I didn't notice much effect on wrinkles the next morning with the sample. I wonder if I'll see results if I continue to use it.
I received a sample! It's supposed to be a wrinkle-fighting cream, so I used it at the end of my skincare routine. My skin didn't feel dry even the next morning.
KOSE has many moisturizing products that blend well with the skin, which I like. This one is very moisturizing and spreads well even with a small amount. The subtle scent is also nice. I've used the refill several times, and while it seems like it would be good for everyday use as it moisturizes, I didn't really notice any noticeable effect in terms of wrinkle improvement. So, for a different purpose than wrinkle improvement, I thought it was good. If I come across it again and don't have one on hand, I might buy it.
