What it is
Piercing holes are often filled with grime, a mixture of soap and shampoo residue, peeling skin, and sweat. This buildup of dirt can lead to unpleasant odors and even dermatitis, even before you realize it. That's why "Pier Floss" was born. The floss, which contains herbal water, is just the right thickness to fit into the piercing hole. When you slowly pull out the floss, it absorbs the grime and cares for your skin.

How to use
1. Remove the cap of the case containing the floss and pinch the green-coated tip of one piece of floss to remove it. 2. Remove the cap of the case containing the herbal water and immerse the removed floss in the herbal water for about 5 seconds, then remove it once it has swelled. 3. Slowly insert the green tip of the floss into the front of the piercing hole, hold your earlobe, and slowly pull out the floss from the opposite side where you inserted the tip.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
