Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Because of my job, I wash my hands a lot, so hand cream is essential all year round. It has a scent, but it only smells when I first apply it, so it's not a big deal. Even after applying the cream and washing my hands, I feel like it repels my hands a little.
In the winter, my hands get really rough from cooking and cleaning, and sometimes they even crack open. I had been interested in this product, so I bought it on Beauty Day. The packaging is simple, but it has a nice scent, is fairly moisturizing, and isn't sticky, so I think it's a great product.
I gave this hand cream in its green packaging to my mother, who loved it and cured her chapped hands, so I bought it myself. I use it before bed and in the morning, and it keeps my hands moisturized, prevents hangnails, and gradually makes them softer. I've been doing more water work and have been suffering from hangnails and dryness, so I'm very happy. It has an orange and lavender scent, but I didn't really notice it, and as someone who enjoys the soothing scent of hand cream, it was a little disappointing.
It's good that it doesn't leave your hands sticky after application. It's also moisturizing and has a nice scent. Apply a generous amount before going to bed.
I love the hand creams in this series because they are so moisturizing. I like to change the scent every now and then, so I've already tried all the different types.
