Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've only used it a few times so I don't know if it has changed my hair quality, but the bottle has a luxurious feel to it, so I get excited just having it in my bathroom. It also smells nice. However, it's expensive, so I might not buy it again unless it really suits my hair type. I'll add more comments after using it if I find anything noteworthy.

I don't really notice any scent. It lathers up really well and is very fluffy.

I've been using products that cost about 1,500 yen that can be purchased at stores, so this is a huge improvement. The results are great. The shampoo has fine bubbles, it's soft, and when I use the treatment conditioner, it's smooth! My hair is thick and hard, but even after drying it, it's soft, smooth, and easy to manage. The scent is the depakome. Nice scent. Luxurious.
