Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent is nice when you use it. It doesn't leave any residue. I like how it leaves my skin feeling soft and fluffy after washing.
The shampoo feels a little rough, but once you rinse out the treatment, your hair will be silky smooth! Once you dry it, your hair will be silky smooth and fluffy.
The smell of AQ is soothing! I usually use salon shampoo, but I got tired of it so I switched to this one. It made my hair smooth and it felt great to use.
I have thick, coarse, and voluminous hair. I accidentally received a sample of this shampoo and conditioner when I purchased from the official website. My hair has become incredibly soft and fluffy! When I purchased the actual product, I thought that the "Smooth" conditioner would be better for voluminous hair, but I bought this conditioner because it's also soft and fun. I plan to switch to the Smooth conditioner next time, but it has really made a huge difference to my hair quality, so I might continue buying this series.
