What it is
Eyebrow brush with a tiny shape that allows you to draw every single eyebrow hair as you wish, for a natural finish. The surface structure of the brush catches and releases the powder, resulting in a uniform finish. The distribution of crystal density on the surface is controlled to accommodate the adsorption of various powders and liquids. It forms a uniform film and achieves a natural finish. Excellent fit and soft feel The neck part is made like a constriction, providing flexibility, a comfortable fit to the skin, and a comfortable feel. Recommended for eyebrows.

How to use
After use, wipe the brush with tissue paper or similar. .If the brush becomes dirty, we recommend cleaning it with the COSME DECORTE Brush Cleaner. .To wash, shake the brush in lukewarm water with a mild detergent diluted in it, rinse thoroughly, then dry with a dry towel, arrange the bristles, and dry completely in the shade. After that, lightly loosen the bristles before use. (Please avoid soaking the brush in water.)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My current eyebrow pencil is a little too big and it's difficult to adjust the end of my brows, so I bought this smaller one. The bristles are a little softer. I'm glad I bought it because I can easily adjust and draw the thin part of the end of my brows.
It's so easy to draw eyebrows!!! After drawing my eyebrows, I can also draw the lines for my under-eye bags. It's so convenient.
I had been using Three's brushes until now, but I decided to try the Cosme Decorte brushes, which have received good reviews. They're so easy to use. The brush is so flexible and smooth, I want to keep using them.
It has a strong color, so you can apply it where you want without using a pencil. It was thicker than I expected, but looking at other reviews, people say it can be applied thinly, so I think that's just because I'm clumsy. Even though I'm clumsy, I can apply it nicely all the way to the outer corner of my eye!
It was very good. I bought it because the reviews were good. I had been using a Fuumi brush, but it was a large, scratchy brush that was supposed to be easy to use and create soft, fluffy lines. I found it difficult to use, so I was looking for something thinner, and then I found this. It's painless, and it allows you to apply fine details naturally, so it was exactly what I wanted. I wish I had switched sooner.
