This one is soft, easy to apply, and lasts well without smudging. I often use brown eyeshadows, so I thought BR would be a safe choice and bought my first one without much thought. When I was buying my second one, the beauty consultant recommended RD and PU. RD is a reddish-brown shade, lighter than BR, and is said to bring out the black of my eyes. PU is not as harsh as BK, and is more like a deep gray than purple. Both are easy to match with brown eyeshadows, but this time I chose PU, which has a more subdued shade. It's been a while since I've used eyeliner, and it got me excited.

There are many good affordable eyeliners out there, so I hesitated to buy this, but when I had my eyeshadow touched up at the Cosme Decorte store, I saw it being used and liked it, so I decided to buy it. I think it's a good idea for an eyeliner to have a refill, and in a good way, it blends well with your makeup as an extension of eyeshadow rather than eyeliner. If there weren't refills, I wouldn't have bought it because of the price, so I hope they don't change this specification (serious).

I'm a warm spring skin tone. I'm using RD401. This red has a strong brown undertone, so it's easy to wear on a daily basis. It fades quite a bit by the time I get home from work, but I'm glad it lasts longer than the Ettusais shade I've been using. I'd like to try the brown next time.

I love RD401 and have been using it for eyeliner ever since. It creates a softer look than black and is easy to apply! Be careful not to use too much as it breaks easily.
