Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'll add that, after using various pre-face lotions, I've noticed that this one not only moisturizes but also tightens the skin and reduces the appearance of facial contours. Whitening products can sometimes lack moisture, but this isn't the case. Pre-face lotions were a real eye-opener. They leave the skin feeling moisturized and soft. My skin lacked both oil and moisture, but since switching to this lotion, it has become somewhat more hydrated. Also, while it was a pain at first, applying both the lotion and emulsion with a cotton pad seems to penetrate the skin more effectively. The ER version is quite thick, so I plan to switch to the regular version in the summer.
Since using the introductory emulsion and realizing how moisturizing it is, I can't do without it in my nighttime skincare routine. I have sensitive skin, so it's great that it's gentle enough to use even on rough days. I've been using it for about two years.

I usually use Ignis F Folia, but I was looking for something a little cheaper and better, so I bought this on Beauty Day at Suzykirei. I had previously received a sample of the moisturizing type, but I noticed that the Bright version also had a moisturizing version, so I bought the Bright version since I've been concerned about dullness lately. I thought it might not be moisturizing enough for this time of year, but my skin has been rough lately, so I've been getting breakouts from over-moisturizing, which can lead to breakouts, so I think this is just right. I feel like the whitening effect has somewhat reduced the dullness. I'll try using it together with Ignis for a while.
