A mascara that can be used as a mascara base, clear mascara, and top coat. A lightweight base with strong hold and shape-keeping wax creates a curled, upward finish. Resistant to water, sweat, tears, sebum, and humidity, and does not smudge. Formulated to prevent panda eyes over time. Double comb for even application from root to tip. Clear type that does not interfere with the color of mascara applied over top.

Apply the product to your eyelashes by combing from the root to the tip. When using as a mascara base, wait until it dries before applying your mascara. When using as a top coat, apply your mascara first and then apply this product.
