What it is
A warming makeup remover that thoroughly removes dullness and stiffness* for radiant, lustrous skin. The hot gel gently removes makeup and even the unwanted stratum corneum that causes dullness and stiffness while protecting the skin's natural moisture. No need for double cleansing. Herbal green aroma. *Refers to old stratum corneum.

How to use
Pump the dispenser twice onto dry palms and blend thoroughly with foundation and other impurities. Then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. Allow the product to blend into your skin for 1-2 minutes, avoiding prolonged use. .If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. .If you use waterproof eyeliner or mascara, use a cleanser specifically designed for the eye area. .The warming sensation may vary depending on the environment (temperature, humidity, etc.) and individual differences. .If the product remains on painted nails, it may cause the nails to become cloudy. If it gets on your nails, rinse immediately. .When using for the first time, press the dispenser several times until the contents come out. .Be careful not to let water get into the container. Water entering the container may weaken the warming sensation. .If the dispenser stops working smoothly, purchase a new unit. .Due to the characteristics of the product, there may be variations in the color appearance and, in rare cases, ingredients may float, but this does not affect the quality. .It may become difficult to dispense at low temperatures. Allow to return to room temperature before use. .Keep out of reach of infants and young children. .If using a bathroom dryer, do not place in the bathroom. .Do not store in direct sunlight or in hot or cold locations. .Be careful of fire. .For those who use eyelash extensions, this product can be used with eyelash extensions that use standard glue (cyanoacrylate-based). .Eyelash extensions will naturally fall out due to friction, eyelash growth, and lifestyle changes. .If you are starting to use this product after eyelash extension treatment, please follow the instructions of your salon.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I also use Elixir serum, and I bought this to use in my entire line. I have sensitive, dry skin, and it didn't really suit my skin. It feels nice and warm the moment you put it on, but it didn't have any particularly good or bad effects.

It doesn't remove eyeliner, and mascara really doesn't come off! It stings when I'm working on my eyes! I haven't repurchased it. I bought it because a lady at the drugstore recommended it, but if it doesn't remove eye makeup, then it's a useless cleanser. I don't use it to remove makeup, but I do use it in the mornings, so I don't need double cleansing. It doesn't make my skin feel tight after use, and if it could remove eye makeup properly, it would be amazing.

It feels heavy when you apply it to your hands, but when you spread it on your skin, it spreads smoothly all over your skin. After removing it, your skin feels moisturized.
