How to use
1. Rinse away dirt from your hair and scalp using only plenty of warm water. 2. Rub the shampoo into your palms and create a light lather. 3. Gently work the shampoo into your hair, incorporating air into it. 4. Once you have created a fair amount of lather, use the pads of your fingers to gently massage your scalp from the hairline to the top of your head as you shampoo. 5. Rinse your hair and scalp thoroughly until all the lather is gone.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The light, fluffy foam allows for gentle washing. The good foaming makes washing feel good. Even when rinsing, my hair feels smoother and easier to run my fingers through. I've been using the same treatment as usual, but I've only switched to this shampoo for a few days, and my hair feels smoother than usual after drying. I wasn't sure if it was because the scent was weak. The pleasant feeling while washing and the smooth finish make me want to buy it again.
