How to use
1. After bathing, dry your hair and scalp with a towel and use before drying. 2. Apply small amounts to the entire scalp in about 10 separate areas. 3. Gently massage into the scalp using the pads of your fingers from the hairline to the top of the head. *Until the scalp serum is fully absorbed into the stratum corneum of the scalp, your hair may temporarily become difficult to run your fingers through, but this will return to normal once it has been absorbed, so there is no effect. *When using a hair dryer after using the essence, keep the dryer at least 20cm away from the hair and move it back and forth to avoid concentrating the heat on one spot. Dry your hair starting from the roots, and then use cool air to style the entire hair just before it is completely dry.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
