How to use
Pump 2-3 times into the palm of your hand, rub thoroughly into the makeup and dirt, then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. If you have stubborn makeup, use a larger amount and wash it away. .If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. .When first using, press the pump several times until the contents come out. .If you have used waterproof eyeliner or mascara, use a cleanser specifically designed for the eye area. .Be careful not to let water get into the container. .Do not remove the pump from the container during use. .Do not shake or tip the container over, but store and use it upright. .If the pump no longer moves smoothly, purchase a new unit. .Keep out of reach of infants and young children. .When using a bathroom dryer, be sure to keep it away from the bathroom.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
