How to use
Please be sure to refill into the Benefique Essential All-in-One Cream container before use. After washing your face, take two pearl-sized amounts onto your fingertips and gently massage into every corner of your face. <Refilling Instructions> (1) Hold the bottom of the container and turn it to remove it. (2) Place it on a flat surface, hold the "" part of the spout, and slowly cut it off. (3) Insert the spout into the container, secure it, and hold it with both hands, and slowly pour in the product. (4) Close the container tightly. This is not a beverage. To prevent accidental ingestion, please be careful where you store it. ◇Keep out of reach of infants and young children. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. ◇Contains natural ingredients, so color may change, but this does not affect the quality. ◇Do not mix with tap water or other products. ◇To prevent the introduction of bacteria, use the container without washing it. ◇Refill the entire amount after using up the contents. ◇After refilling, please close the main container tightly. ◇After refilling, please note down the manufacturing code (alphanumeric characters) at the bottom of this bag. You may need this when making inquiries. ◇If the cap no longer closes properly, please purchase a new main container.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
