How to use
<How to set foundation>. Insert the refill into the case and press down until it clicks into place. To replace the refill, open the case and turn it over with the mirror facing downwards. Place the pads of your thumbs on the bottom of the refill and press down to remove it. For the sponge, please purchase the separately sold "Benefique Essential One-Step BB Compact Sponge." .A dirty sponge will prevent foundation from adhering to your skin, so always keep it clean. .If the sponge becomes dirty, apply approximately 1 ml (slightly larger than a 10-yen coin) of "Shiseido Sponge Cleaner N" (sold separately) directly to the dirty area without wetting your hands or the sponge. Gently rub the sponge with the pads of your fingers to blend it in thoroughly, then gently wash with cold or lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly to remove all detergent, then drain and dry in the shade before using again. .If the feel or finish of the sponge deteriorates, purchase a new sponge. .If the case no longer opens and closes smoothly, please purchase a new case.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It offers great coverage, is reasonably priced, moisturizes well, leaves a radiant glow, and saves time. You can adjust the coverage however you like by changing the sponge. This is my third purchase. I also recommend it for older people if it matches their skin tone. I love the sun protection, ease of use, and the ease of touch-ups. I usually use BB cream, but applying it with a sponge is quite a pain, and it can get a bit sticky and heavy in the summer. This foundation is like a solid BB cream, and it's super easy to use with a sponge! It's a foundation I wish I'd known about sooner! There's just one thing... the case isn't cute. It's tacky... that's my only complaint, haha. It can only be purchased at Benefique retailers. I'm so grateful to the beauty advisor who recommended it to me!
I used a sunscreen cream foundation in the summer and liked the feel, so I decided to buy this one because of Shiseido. It's also reasonably priced. The scent is subtle, which I liked, but the skin-irritating effect was noticeable when I applied it. I'm still experimenting, wondering if I should use a moisturizer or a primer...or if the sponge was a little softer, I might be able to apply it better...
