What it is

How to use
After applying lotion, take an appropriate amount in your hand, smooth it over your entire face, and then wrap your hands around your skin. Be sure to refill into the Aqua Label Aqua Milk container before use. <How to refill into the bottle> (1) Place the pouch on a flat surface and slowly cut it in the direction of the arrow. *Please be careful not to hold the pouch too tightly when cutting, as the contents may spill out. (2) Hold the bottle with one hand to prevent it from tipping over, insert the spout firmly into the bottle, and slowly pour in the liquid. If any of the contents get on the screw part, wipe it off thoroughly and then tighten the cap. This is not a beverage. To prevent accidental ingestion, please be careful where you store it. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. ◇Keep out of reach of infants and young children. ◇Contains naturally derived ingredients, so floating particles may appear or the color or fragrance may change in rare cases. However, this does not affect the safety or quality of the product. ◇After use, be sure to tightly close the cap. ◇After using up the contents of the refill container, refill the entire amount as is. ◇Do not mix with tap water or other products. ◇To prevent the entry of germs, use the bottle as is without washing it. ◇If the cap on the main container no longer closes properly, please purchase the entire unit. ◇After refilling, please note down the manufacturing code (alphanumeric characters) at the bottom of this bag. You may need it when making inquiries.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
