A puff designed to apply liquid or cream-based primers and foundations evenly. The soft, supple puff can be applied beautifully and evenly to small areas such as the nose. Gently tapping the product onto the skin will give a more lustrous, even, and beautiful glow than applying it with your fingers. *For Mineral Comfort Cream Foundation, use the spatula provided to dispense the bulk onto the back of your hand, then use the puff to apply. *Can be used with primers and base makeup other than Etvos powder.
