Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this instead of Kate's Hidden Yellow, which has been discontinued. It's cheap and the color is cute. The mochi remains if you don't eat or drink it. It's firm.
I bought the brown. It has a strong color, so at first I applied too much and it was too dark, but once I got used to it, it felt good. It faded easily, so I had to reapply quite a bit, but it's organic and microplastic-free, so it's safe for lips, and the price is reasonable, so I can't complain. There's still not enough research on whether microplastics interfere with or harm the human body, so I can't say for sure, but I don't want to take risks, so I'll buy this again. However, since I have fair skin, brown didn't suit me. So, I took a risk and it ended in failure. Next time, I'll go for a pink shade.
I bought the red one. It has a soft color and I like it. It's not sticky and is comfortable to use.
