Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

rom&nd's Better Than Eyes is an eyeshadow that blends well with your skin and is easy to use every day. The soft color makes it easy to create gradations, resulting in a natural and elegant eye look. It's also a convenient size to carry around.
The color balance is simply excellent, and you can easily create a gradation by simply layering the colors in order. The powder is moist and the glitter doesn't bleed easily, so it adheres well to the eyelids. The color payoff is neither too dark nor too light, making it easy to adjust for both natural and formal makeup looks.
For everyday makeup, the color retention is quite good. However, the color is a little pale when used alone, so if you use an eye primer or base to improve color retention and color development, the finish will be much more stable. I recommend this cosmetic ^ ^
Even when I buy other eyeshadows, I always end up coming back to this one. I've been using it for over five years now. The matte shadows have just the right amount of pigmentation, and the glitter is just the right size, making each color easy to use. I really love it because it allows me to create beautiful eye makeup with just four colors. However, the metal part of the lid always breaks halfway through, so I have to use the lid and the main body separately, and I wish it was a little more durable.
