It has a wonderful scent and is soothing. In winter, I often cleanse before using the steamer, and it leaves my skin feeling smooth. Some reviews say it dries out my skin, but it didn't bother me. I don't wear heavy makeup, but it removes it without any complaints. It's also pleasant to use, so I'm glad I bought it.
