What it is
A milky lotion that penetrates the skin. down to the stratum corneum. and disappears quickly, providing a rich moisturizing sensation just like applying cream, without being sticky.

How to use
Use after preparing your skin with lotion. Take an amount about the size of a 100 yen coin onto your hand or a cotton pad and gently apply to your skin.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a very nice scent and is very calming (^^) It's great to use in both summer and winter! I use it together with my lotion, and it seems to have reduced my breakouts.

I've been using Sekkisei for over 10 years. This series is reasonably priced and perfect for daily use. I also bought the white packaging, but this blue one has my favorite Sekkisei scent.
It's a refreshing milk that leaves skin feeling moisturized for a long time. The texture spreads easily and lightly, making it soothing every time you use it. It's not sticky, so it's easy to use even before applying makeup, and it also feels like it tightens pores.
