Creamy Eyeliner Pencil, 22 (Brown)

This eyeliner pencil has a smooth, silky touch that makes your eyes stand out. It has excellent staying power, so the beautiful lines you see when you first apply them will last a long time.

When you first start using it, smooth the tip of the pencil on the back of your hand to make it easier to draw. Extend the pencil lead by about 2mm and draw a line around the edge of your eye. Use the tip set in the holder to blend the drawn line naturally.
