What it is
In addition to the highly moisturizing heparinoid substance used in prescription drugs to treat dry skin, it also contains placenta extract, a whitening ingredient that suppresses melanin production and prevents blemishes and freckles. [Quasi-drug]
Ingredients
Placenta extract-1, heparinoid, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, allantoin. Other citric acid, sodium citrate, glycerin, purified water, sodium benzoate, L-arginine, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 1,3-butylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate (2), 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine/butyl methacrylate copolymer solution, artichoke extract.
How to use

Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

It's very good. I have very sensitive skin, but I can use it without any problems. The foam type reduces friction, which is great for sensitive skin. I've repurchased it. I have very dry skin, so I use it as a lotion, but I still need a cream.
It is gentle on dry, sensitive skin. It is non-irritating and does not dry out the skin.
It comes out as a foam, but the foam is quite limp, so I wonder if there's any point in it being a foam. I used it on areas where I have atopic dermatitis, and it's a bit sticky. I wasn't sure about the whitening effect of the heparin.
I think this product fulfills the desire to use heparin to combat dryness, but also to whiten the skin. It comes out as a foam, which I think reduces friction. At first glance, it seems cheap, but the volume is small, so I think it's not a good value for the money. I wish they would sell a larger version.
The foam is easy to use. The whole family uses it. It runs out quickly. The heparin-like ingredients have improved my skin condition. I wish there was a larger size.
