Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My impressions after using it were very good. It removed the dullness from my eyelids, and my eyeshadow applied well. I was impressed when I looked in the mirror at night and saw that my double eyelids hadn't accumulated. As expected from Tom. It lifted my spirits and I'm glad I bought it. It's expensive, but a little goes a long way, so I think it's not bad value for money. I recommend it.
I use it when I want to use a pale-colored eyeshadow. Not only does it improve the color payoff, but it also helps prevent the eyeshadow from smudging. However, it's difficult to use the right amount, and the primer tends to accumulate on the double eyelid when applied to the eyelid. I would also like to use it on my lower eyelid, but because the base color is light, it looks a bit out of place, which worries me... I need to study how to use it a bit more.
This was my first time using an eye primer. I have a very clear double eyelid line, and I've always been bothered by eyeshadow piling up after the evening. A YouTuber recommended this, so I bought it. I've used it a few times, and it doesn't completely eliminate the piling up of my double eyelids. However, it does give my pale pink eyeshadow a beautiful color, and the color lasts longer than without a primer! It evens out any uneven color on my eyelids, so they look beautiful. I'm not sure if I'll buy it again, but I plan to use it until it's all gone!
