Take an appropriate amount in your hand and gently massage it onto areas of concern such as your upper arms, stomach, hips, and thighs. There is no need to rinse it off.
I was looking for something with a lily scent when I discovered and purchased this product. It's milky, but it spreads easily and isn't too sticky. The lily scent isn't overpowering, but rather elegant. I apply it before bed, and I can fall asleep comfortably while enjoying the scent. I would recommend this to anyone who likes the scent of lilies.
It has a very nice, clean, refreshing scent! I think if you like Maria Rigel, you'll like it. I suppose you can massage it in, but I also use it as a regular body cream. It's not sticky and can be used all year round. On the other hand, if you're looking for more moisture, there are other types available, so I think those might be better. The pump is a little hard to use, and I feel like I'm turning it upside down with about a third of it left... but I like it as a body cream enough that I've repurchased several bottles in different scents. I'd also like to try the other scents.
