Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I had a subscription. I have slightly dry skin, so I figured it might not be moisturizing enough for my skin type, so I started using it in the summer, when it's least likely to be affected. It feels light like water, and moisturizes my skin without feeling sticky at all. As expected, I'm in my mid-40s and have slightly dry skin, so even using a generous amount alone can be drying, so I followed up with cream. I still felt dry after applying the cream, so I applied more cream and the dryness went away. I thought it was designed for oily skin. The scent is refreshingly citrusy, but not too strong, so I was able to use it comfortably, and it didn't irritate my slightly sensitive skin.
It's a regular lotion. For dry skin, I felt it wasn't very moisturizing. I would recommend it for those who want a refreshing feel.
The pump formula makes it easy to use. The lovely citrus scent makes skincare a pleasure. The light texture blends easily into the skin. It leaves my skin feeling plump, but I wish it was a little more moisturizing. It seems like it would be good for summer, but I feel like it might be too dry in winter.
Texture: A smooth liquid, almost like water. Scent: A pleasant citrus scent. Benefits: It's supposed to be an all-in-one product, but I always feel like it's lacking something, so I also use the lotion. Maybe because of that, my skin doesn't dry out during the day, and it stays moisturized all day. Appearance: The bottle is cute!
