How to use
When using for the first time, press the pump several times until the contents come out. After applying lotion and serum, take an appropriate amount (1-2 pumps) in your hand and gently spread it over your entire face. Then, wrap your face with your palms to thoroughly blend it in. Use as needed in the morning when you are concerned about dryness. (We recommend using a small amount before applying makeup.)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The store clerk told me that the whitening lotion in the Ayaka series is fragrance-free. It contains the whitening ingredient arbutin, is fragrance-free, alcohol-free, and has a smooth texture and spreads easily. It's a light lotion perfect for spring and summer. It comes in a pump-type formula and comes with refills, making it easy to use. It's also reasonably priced, so I use it on my arms, where I have blemishes.
I bought it because they were offering a point bonus. Chifure products are reliable and offer good value for money. They're smooth and easy to use. I'd like to buy them again.
