What it is
This is an all-in-one type wipe-off cleanser that does not require double cleansing and lotion. It comes with a pump that is easy to use even with a large capacity. It is free of oil, parabens, fragrances, and synthetic dyes, and is mildly acidic, so it is gentle on the eyes and skin. It does not damage eyelashes and can easily remove stubborn eye makeup. *Ingredients are subject to change without notice.

How to use
Apply a generous amount to a cotton pad and gently wipe away base makeup. For point makeup such as eye makeup, gently blend it in and wipe it off.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought it because of the price. I use it when I'm not feeling well and can't take a bath. It cleans well for the price, so I'll buy it again when I run out!
I'm a big fan of Chacott's cosmetics base and face powder, so I happened to come across their cleansing water and bought it. I wet a cotton pad and wipe it off, and it comes off quickly without leaving my skin feeling tight. Of course, it's the middle of winter and it's so dry, so I need to be more careful with moisturizing care, but in the summer, I think this is enough. It's good value for money and good quality, so I'd say Chacott is amazing. I'll definitely be buying it again from now on, and it's great that it's fragrance-free!
It had no unpleasant smell and was easy to use.
I've been using it for years and it has become one of my indispensable items. It's an item that only those who use it can be happy with. I have dry skin, but it's fine too. Please give it a try.
I ran out of my usual AHA cleansing water, so I bought this from Suzykirei shopping. It's great for easily removing makeup, but I found the glitter in my eyeshadow a little hard to remove (it comes off with careful wiping). I don't like to rub my eyes too much, so I lowered the rating. Also, the pump system is a little difficult to use (the bottle is too big). It's a large size and inexpensive, but I'm not sure I'd buy it again.
