What it is
The fabric of this powder puff was developed by a long-established velvet weaving factory in Japan. It is soft to the touch, holds powder well, and does not scatter. The high durability of the product, which allows it to be washed repeatedly so that you can always use it cleanly, is also the secret to its long-selling popularity.

How to use
We recommend using two puffs. Apply a generous amount of powder to the puff and rub the two puffs together to soak them in the powder. This will give a beautiful powder finish. <How to clean> Gently wash with a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly with water, and dry in the shade. They are highly durable and can be washed and used many times. Always keep the powder puff clean.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's quite comfortable to use! I thought it would be a fluffy puff, but it's actually made of a nylon-like material. However, it feels almost the same on the skin, so I think it's perfectly usable.
I bought this because I had a powder that didn't come with a puff. It's fluffy and comfortable to use, and it comes with two puffs, which is great.
I use it together with Chacott's loose powder matte. In conclusion, the SHISEIDO puff is softer and easier to rub into the powder. It's thicker and feels a little hard. The powder is delicate and fine, so it tends to scatter, so I want to rub it into the puff properly before using it, but it's a little difficult. It fits perfectly in the case, and it feels soft and fluffy against the skin. It's a good value for the two-piece set, so I'll keep using it until I get the hang of it.
I was looking for a puff at a variety store and this one looked fluffy and affordable, so I bought it. It's thick and feels good on the skin, and even though it comes with two, it feels high quality. I'll buy it again if I need to.
The powder content and feel on the skin are all great, so this is the only one I use. I wish it was a little smaller so I could put it in a compact, but I'll continue to use this one.
