Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I like how it makes it so easy to apply to small areas. I use it to apply various foundations, but I think it works best with liquid foundations.
I use it for Chacott Cream Foundation. It feels nice on the skin and is easy to apply to small areas. When I wash it, I use Shiseido's sponge cleaner. I fold the sponge in half and gently scrub it to get it clean.
I thought it would be difficult to hold because it's so small, but that's not the case. It's small and easy to hold, and the pointed part makes it easy to apply foundation to the sides of your nose.
I bought this to use with Chacott cream foundation. I've been using a cushion foundation puff as a substitute, but I've realized that it just can't compare to the real thing. The texture is so fine that it applies beautifully.
