Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I chose this as my first shampoo brush. It's just the right softness and doesn't hurt my hair. I love that it doesn't get tangled and I can massage my hair while shampooing.
I keep buying the hard type. I use it based on videos and websites when shampooing, and it leaves a clean feeling. I recommend using two, as using both hands allows for a more even massage of the scalp. It dries quickly, so it won't get moldy even if you leave it in the bathroom.
