What it is
Cotton. 100% natural cotton. with two functions: a mesh surface that wipes away unwanted substances and resets the skin, and a soft surface that blends skincare into the skin.

How to use
<How to open the packet>. Pinch the top of the packet and pull it open. < the cotton pad for a more effective feel on your skin>. Place the cotton pad on your middle and ring fingers, hold it between your fingers, and apply it along the curves of your face. < the mesh side (blue)> Reset Clear N (wipe-off lotion). Spread it from the center of your face outwards. Then, gently wipe it off in large spirals. < the soft side (white)> (lotion/milk). Start with larger areas such as your cheeks and forehead, and slowly and carefully blend from the center of your face outwards. (Repeat each step 2-3 times) *For the neck, blend it from bottom to top.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
