Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use it as a booster and lotion, but layering the two together creates a thicker finish, so I usually get by with just the booster or this cream. It contains retinol and cica extract, which thoroughly conditions the skin at night.
I'm using this as a regular purchase. I think this is my fourth bottle. I was using two pumps, but it never seemed to run out. I pumped four pumps and applied a generous amount, and my skin was so soft and smooth the next morning! I cried out loud when I washed my face in the morning, because my skin was so soft and smooth. I've gotten into the habit of applying a generous amount once every three days, and I'm happy with it, except that the container is difficult to get out with wet hands.
I mainly use it at night to treat bags under my eyes. If I'm at home all day, I sometimes use it in the morning. It's mild, so I can use it even if I have atopic dermatitis. As everyone has said, it's hard to get the product out even when you push it, so if you push it downwards, it's easier to get it out. I haven't seen any dramatic results, but it feels great to use and doesn't cause any rashes, so I'll keep using it, hoping for gradual results.
It wasn't too heavy when I stretched it out, and it was comfortable to use. I was able to use the pump without any problems until the very end. Considering the price and the effect, it felt a little pricey, so I'm not thinking about buying it again at the moment.
