How to use
Pump 2-3 times onto the palm of your hand, rub well with your fingertips, and rinse thoroughly with cold or lukewarm water. If you use eyelash extensions, rub gently into your eyes without rubbing. If you use mascara, rub gently in the direction of your lashes.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Even though it's an oil, it lightly and smoothly lifts makeup and blends in with mascara to thoroughly remove it. It also has a gentle herbal scent, which I really love. I used it for a while, then ran out and tried another cleanser, but this is the only one that can thoroughly remove mascara. It doesn't leave my skin feeling tight, and it really does leave me satisfied. This product is definitely my favorite.
It removes makeup well, but I didn't feel any tightness. It's easy to use and smells good, and there's no need for double cleansing, so I'd like to buy it again.
Is it quite sticky and heavy? The oil spreads quite well. I'm worried about whether the oil itself can be removed with hot water.
I was impressed when I used the sample, but after using it for a while, I feel like I don't need this.
I like it and have used it several times. It's a thick oil when you put it on your hands, and it has a strong scent. I tend to find strong scents annoying, but this scent becomes less noticeable as you use it. It spreads easily on the face. When you blend it into your makeup, emulsify it, and then rinse it off, it feels just the right amount of moisturizing. It also seems to remove eye makeup and mascara well.
