What it is
This medicated whitening lotion, like a moisturizing serum, focuses on moisture and whitening. It penetrates deep into the stratum corneum of UV-damaged skin, targeting melanocytes, the source of dark spots, for a hydrated, whiter complexion. Its mild acidity is the same as healthy skin. Gentle on the skin, it's fragrance-free, colorant-free, mineral oil-free, alcohol-free (ethanol-free), and paraben-free. (Quasi-drug) This medicated whitening lotion moisturizes and combats dark spots. The highly penetrating vitamin C derivative (3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid), a whitening active ingredient, penetrates deep into the stratum corneum, suppressing melanin production and preventing dark spots and freckles. It contains anti-inflammatory ingredients (dipotassium glycyrrhizinate) and three moisturizing ingredients (alpinia katumadai seed extract, lemon extract, and grapefruit extract). It's also suitable for skin with acne scars. It has a citrus scent. This refill is a value-for-money refill for the same amount as the original bottle. (Quasi-drug) *This product is a refill, so the main product is not included.

I have dry skin, so I chose the moisturizing lotion. It can be a bit sticky in the summer, but it's moisturizing and whitening, and I can use it on my body without worrying about it, so it's a very easy-to-use lotion.

It's called the generic version of IPSA, and it really lives up to its name! If you use it generously, it will leave your skin feeling softer and more supple, and it will also condition your skin. It's not bad if you use a more robust serum like another one!
By the time I finish a bottle, something like crystals form on the lid, and although they sell refills, I always buy a new bottle unless I absolutely need to spend the money elsewhere. I think it's partly because I use it slowly, but I also think the thick texture is a factor. (I don't notice the crystals in other smooth lotions I own.) It leaves a nice, bouncy feeling. Everyone's used it, right? It goes without saying. I used the moisturizing type.
It's moisturizing yet refreshing and easy to use. It treats dryness from the inside out, leaving your skin moisturized and keeping it hydrated all day, so I think it's a skincare product that I would especially recommend for this time of year. It's also good value for money, so it's easy to buy again and again.
