Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have dry, sensitive skin, but I've been able to use this product without any irritation. It has a refreshing feel, so if you prioritize moisturizing, the moisturizing type might be a good choice. It's great that you can get whitening care at this price.

I have normal skin and suffer from hay fever. I initially used a non-premium version of this product, but then I bought this premium version, which seems to have a strong whitening effect, and I've been buying it again. Incidentally, this product is also available in refills, and I think it's also environmentally friendly, which I appreciate. The texture is slightly thick and translucent, and it blends smoothly into the skin without feeling sticky. With continued use, my dullness has disappeared, and I feel like my blemishes have gotten smaller.

It's not particularly irritating, and the holes are small so you don't get too much. I'm considering buying it again and comparing it with Ihada's medicated lotion.
