Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I replaced the cap with a pump-type one and use it as a body lotion. Just like with my face, I first apply this lotion to moisturize my skin, then moisturize with body oil or milk. Since then, I no longer feel dry on my body. It's a lotion containing ceramides, but it's also great value for money, so I highly recommend it!
I was looking for a ceramide lotion for my seborrheic dermatitis. It's low-irritation and great value for money. I can splash it all over my body and it feels better than a 5,000 yen lotion for sensitive skin. It's not paraben-free, but it's a large bottle so I'll probably be using it for a long time, so I guess that's unavoidable. So far I haven't had any adverse effects from parabens, so I'll continue using it.
I have combination skin, and my skin tends to dry out after washing except for the T-zone. Pros: It's affordable, so I can use it without skimping. Cons: It's not very moisturizing. My skin dried out quickly after application, and felt tight. I learned that just because it contains ceramide doesn't mean it's highly moisturizing. I apply it to my body, but it quickly becomes dry, so I don't know when to use it.
