What it is

How to use
Take 5 to 6 pumps and blend it into your entire face, then rinse with lukewarm water, wipe off with tissue, or wipe with a cotton pad soaked in "Cleansing Water".

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've always been a fan of Guerlain's lotions and oils. I bought this because my current makeup remover was almost gone. The scent is so relaxing. I now look forward to removing my makeup.
I've been using this for years. Oils irritate my skin, so I've been using this ever since it was recommended to me at the counter. However, I always remove my eye makeup all at once, even though it may be a hassle to do so, but it doesn't come off around my eyes. I noticed this too late. I don't want to use something else and my skin will become irritated, so I'm not sure what to do.
Cleansing is very important, isn't it? I was looking for a product and finally found this. I have sensitive skin and it gets red when I use products that don't suit my skin, but this cream cleanses my skin without putting a strain on it, and after washing, my skin becomes one tone brighter and doesn't dry out. I want to keep using this product.
I've been using it for a month. I think it will be effective if you change the way you use it. I especially recommend it for people with dry skin. The way I use it is to apply this cleansing milk to my face in the morning, massage it in, and then wash it off with water. Then, 1) my skin feels moisturized after washing my face, 2) my skin becomes one tone brighter, and 3) my makeup goes on better. Please give it a try.
