What it is
Quickly and thoroughly removes sebum without shininess or makeup smudging! This generous set of five oil blotting papers boasts high oil absorption. Crafted using the traditional "gold leaf pounding method," which uses long-fibered hemp and repeatedly beats it to create the paper. Crafted using the same method as the high-quality oil blotting paper long favored by Kyoto maiko (apprentice geisha). The secret to its high oil absorption is the increased fiber density of the paper, which increases the more it is beaten. Repeated beating removes the unevenness of the surface, making it soft against the skin and durable and tear-resistant. Furthermore, the "three-dimensional lattice structure" ensures a large surface area that comes into contact with the skin, instantly capturing a large amount of sebum. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Since Orbis' makeup remover is so good, I also bought their oil blotting papers. This is a great value 5-pack. They're made with gold leaf paper, as you'd expect. They quickly remove sebum, and the soft paper fits snugly around the sides of your nose.
It's large, soft and easy to use.
It feels like it thoroughly removes excess sebum. I think the 30 sheets per pack is just the right amount.
I've been looking for an easy-to-use oil blotting paper for a long time, and this one looked good, so I bought it. It's easy to use and removes oily skin beautifully.
I bought this to prevent slipping when wearing a nose clip. Since I only use it on my nose, all the blotting papers are too big and I can't find the right size. This one is also big, but it tears nicely, so it's very convenient! The quality of the blotting paper itself is the same as the others. It's great!
