Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It doesn't completely eliminate sebum and sweat. It's sticky, but just a little sticky. // The tricky thing about spot-on primers like this is that they change the texture of your skin, making it difficult to spread the foundation you apply next. That didn't happen with this product. It has a mild effect, and it doesn't make your skin feel strangely tight or overly dry. However, that doesn't mean it immediately smooths your pores and makes them appear smooth. I guess compatibility depends on the level of your concerns. This seems like a good fit for people who find a full-face sebum-control primer a little lacking, but don't want to irritate their skin.
I was looking for a primer that's zinc oxide and glycerin-free and can control shine, and I found this one. I don't always use this on my entire face, but applying it to my T-zone keeps my skin from getting too shiny! I still have to rely on zinc oxide if I want to completely avoid shine, but I'm very satisfied with this product.
Addendum (August 15th): I've used it a few times since it got so hot. It does get a little shiny, as expected. I think it may be due to its compatibility with Hydraglow, but I didn't notice it coming off too easily. -------------- (Purchased in April) I've been wearing makeup less since I started working from home, so I was looking for a mini size. It's matte and light, but as the temperature rose, it did get shiny. It's not super shiny, but it's just enough to make you think, "I guess this is how shiny I thought it would be." It tends to flake off, so spreading a small amount thinly will help it apply better.
Perhaps due to menopause, my face tends to sweat profusely, so I bought a smaller version to try out to reduce shine in the T-zone and prevent my makeup from coming off. The strong scent was so strong that it bothered me when I applied it to my nose, so I gave up on using it. Now, I'm using Clé de Peau Beauté's Voile Matifi en Lissant on my T-zone. I feel that Clé de Peau Beauté is the one that keeps makeup from coming off in the T-zone. After applying both, my skin feels smooth and comfortable, but I'm not a fan of NARS's indescribable scent, which was disappointing.
I was concerned about shine, so I bought the mini size to try it out. My skin is so sensitive in the T-zone that it quickly becomes shiny even after applying makeup. This primer itself is smooth and feels like it will help control shine. I'm also concerned about dryness, so I only use it on the T-zone, and although it does get a little shiny after a while, it means I spend less time touching up my makeup or checking in the mirror. The thing I like most about it is how smooth it feels when I touch my skin. I want to continue using it, so I'll buy the regular size next time.
